Terms & Conditions

This Agreement reserves the right to set forth the Terms & Conditions for membership in the Be Home Trade Program. Be Home may change the Be Home Trade Program or these Terms & Conditions without notice. Be Home will post such changes online. Any changed Terms & Conditions are effective immediately once posted online. Continued use of membership constitutes agreement to the changed Terms & Conditions.

Membership Discount

The membership discount is accepted online at This discount cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, and some product exceptions may apply. The membership discount is not redeemable for cash. Be Home reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the membership discount at its discretion. Any such changes will be posted online as changed Terms & Conditions, discussed in preceding paragraph. Members may cancel their membership at any time and for any reason by emailing

By signing up for this discount, you are agreeing to receive emails and text messages from Be Home.


This program is available to United States-based interior designers, decorators, architects, real estate developers, restaurants, caterers, florists, event planners, hotels, and purchasing agents only. Employees of Be Home, as well as friends-and-family users, are ineligible for membership.  


To qualify, please complete and submit the online form which will create a account and register your business to receive our emails and text messages.

Before approval, you will be required to submit proof of the following:

  • A valid Business License
  • Interior Design Certification/ Major Design Organization identification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC, ASID, IIDA, AIA, APLD, ASLA, CID, IDS) OR Valid membership to a major residential or commercial development business organization (e.g., NAHB, NAA, etc) 


At this time, files cannot be uploaded with the application. From the email address used in your online application, please send scanned or electronic copies of the required documents to with the name of the applicant listed in the subject line of the email.

Incomplete applications will not be accepted. We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion.


Membership is not transferable, and is offered to individuals only. If your firm has multiple designers, each must individually apply for membership. Misuse of membership may result in immediate termination from the program. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of membership discount for personal purchases; resale of merchandise purchased using membership discount through any retail or auction site or store; reimbursement of membership discount upon merchandise return; sharing membership discount with others; and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with membership application.
