Damaged - Horrible experience

My board arrived broken. I emailed customer service who asked me to send a picture of the damaged item, which I did. They said they would send a replacement but NEVER did. The board was a nice item.
I will never purchase from this company again!

Customer contacted on 05/19 and informed that this item is on back order and agreed to wait until it returns to stock. Unfortunately, this item is still on back order with an updated ETA of 06/14.
