McEvoy Ranch Basil Olive Oil

This fresh, aromatic olive oil is made using the Agrumato Method, which presses the fruit and herbs together, extracting a beautifully flavored olive oil. For our 2022 harvest, we milled our early-harvest Frantoio olives with certified organic Genovese basil to produce a balanced olive oil with fragrant notes of fresh basil, tomato leaf, and ripe olive. Perfect over mozzarella and tomatoes or drizzled over fresh pasta with parmesan.
