Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order?
If you are a returning Be Home customer and have an account, please sign in using your email address and password, and you will be redirected to the Checkout tab. We encourage you to create an account so you can check out faster with saved billing and shipping information, review order history and track orders. If you don’t have the time to register, that’s ok too! You may use Express Checkout to checkout as a guest.
How do I track my order?
After your order is submitted, a confirmation page will provide you with an order number and the details related to your order. We recommend printing this page for your records. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email detailing which items have shipped.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?We aim to ship your order the same day. If you find that you have made a mistake on your order, or have simply just changed your mind, please contact Customer Service at 1.866.775.3466 or by chat on our website. We will do our best to edit or cancel your order prior to shipping.
What methods of payment do you accept?We accept all major cards, apple pay, amazon pay, google pay, and paypal.
Shipping and Delivery
How much is shipping and handling?
It is always our goal to ship your order within 1-3 business days, however worldwide disruption of the maritime freight network is impacting our turnaround time at this moment. Please be patient with us as we are continuing to ship most orders to our customers on time.
All orders ship UPS Ground from San Pablo CA. Estimated transit time will be 1 to 7 business day depending on your location.

*Furniture and Mirrors shipped at rates based on weight and destination. All furniture shipping costs include white glove delivery. Applicable shipping and delivery fees will be applied at checkout for these bulky items.
*Alaska, Hawaii and US territories:
We do our best to negotiate the lowest rates available to Be Home but the cost will vary depending on the items purchased.
We do not ship Furniture to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
- All orders received Monday - Friday prior to 3pm EST will be processed on the same day and shipped via UPS 2nd day air service.
- Any orders received Monday - Friday after 3pm EST will be shipping out the following business day via UPS 2nd day air service.
- Any orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipping out on Monday via UPS 2nd day air service.
International shipping:
- We currently offer shipping to Canada and will be adding other international destinations in the future.
- The shipping charges at checkout only cover freight and handling. You are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees assessed upon delivery, all of which are nonrefundable. These fees are not included in the shipping charges paid at checkout.
- Shipping to Canada can take 12-18 days for delivery.
- We ship via UPS to Canadian addresses. While your order is in transit, a UPS broker will reach out to you directly to secure payment for all applicable duties and import taxes.

How will I know my order has shipped?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via the email you provided at checkout.
When will I receive my order?

Do you ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we are currently only able to ship to physical addresses. If you enter a PO Box at checkout your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Returns
What is your return policy?- At Be Home we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, contact us at any time within 30 days of your purchase and we will make it right. This may include a refund, store credit, or repair (see Furniture below). The product must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. If a return arrives at Be Home damaged due to poor packaging by the customer, a refund may not be issued.
- Shipping costs (expedited or economy) are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning product.
- ALL FURNITURE SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. If there is a manufacturer's defect or damage caused by Metropolitan transportation, Be Home and their exclusive manufacturer will arrange for a professional repair.
- All MARKDOWN or SALE items are FINAL SALE.
- All FOOD and TOPPINGS items are FINAL SALE.
- All PERSONAL CARE items are FINAL SALE.

How do I report that my item arrived damaged?
Please contact our customer service team directly at hello@behome.com and we will be happy to work on a solution for you. Please take photos of the original shipping box and damaged items. Please also have your order number included in your email.
All returns and damaged items must be reported within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How do I return an item?
Please visit our Returns Portal. Once your return request has been authorized, you will receive your shipping labels. Simply print and attach them to the box and take it to the shipper to return your items back to Be Home. Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected.
How long will it take for me to receive a refund once I return something?
We understand that refunds are a priority for our customers. Once we have received and inspected the item(s), we are able to apply the refund onto the original form of payment within 2 business days.
